This policy explains what DD Transport Services LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the forms on it.

What we collect

Quote and contact requests: your name, company, email, phone number, shipment details and any message you write.
Driver applications: your name, email, phone number, state of residence, age confirmation, CDL class, experience, endorsements, the position you want, notes you add, and your contact preferences.
Technical data: your IP address and browser information, used only to keep the forms secure and to stop spam.

How we use it

To reply to your request and prepare a freight quote.
To review your application and contact you about driving positions.
If you opt in, to call, text or email you about future openings. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email.
To protect the website against abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run this website: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database) and Resend (email delivery). They process data only on our instructions and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations. Applications are kept for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or longer where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing dumitrudeacioc@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honour them.
