Information on this site

Equipment specifications, service descriptions and answers on this site are general information. They are not a quote, a contract of carriage or an offer of employment. Rates, capacity, transit times and equipment limits are confirmed in writing for each shipment.

Quotes and shipments

A quote request does not book a shipment. Every load we carry is governed by the rate confirmation and the bill of lading issued for it, together with any carrier agreement between us and the shipper or broker.

Driver applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or a contract. All positions are subject to the qualification requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, including a background check, a drug and alcohol screen and a valid medical certificate. Equal opportunity employer.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, attempt to break or overload the site, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of employment or service.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability for cargo under a contract of carriage.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
